Lifetime warranty

All Salty Croc products carry a lifetime warranty with unique exclusions, conditions, and potential remedies. We warranty all our products to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as the original purchaser has the item and proof of purchase.

we might ask for details, photos, videos, drawings, and web meetings to verify the product issue.

Customer is 100% responsible for shipping costs of having the item sent back to us. This is non refundable and requires a return authorization prior to shipping. We pay for shipping back to the customer if the remedy requires shipping.

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper use, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use, lack of use, or ownership of our products.

to take advantage of this warranty, the customer must contact us first using our email saltycroctalk@gmail.com and describe the product concern in the email. This will open a dialog of communication and will start the process of salty croc considering different remedies and also different levels of remediation. We will require screen shots of original purchase confirmations including original shipping address. after we have verified purchase/ownership details, we may offer a remedy from the following list of options for all legitimate claims. We may also combine options.

We may replace the item if we think that is appropriate.

WE might make a repair/refit and require the customer pay 50% for parts.

WE might offer a store credit and this could be pro rated/reduced.

After evaluating the product concern and listening to the customers situation, we may offer a different remedy that is custom to the situation.
