All Salty Croc Products are designed, made, marketed, and sold as Erotic Conversation Art.

There are no stated or implied warranties now or at any point in time.

Its is a violation of Salty Croc policy to use any of our products in a damaging way. This includes death, injuries, professional, and emotional damages.

We do not take returns of any sort.

We reserve the right to enforce a 50% restocking fee.

All products are sold "As Is."

We reserve the right to not sell to an individual or group based on artistic compatibility which is solely administered by us the seller.

I. Consideration

In exchange for the Customer being allowed to purchase, receive, or use the product(s) described below ("Products"), the parties acknowledge that valuable consideration has been exchanged. This includes the intangible value the Participant gains from using the Products and the Company's reliance on this Agreement in allowing the sale or use.

II. Description of Product(s)

The Products covered by this Agreement are described as follows:

All items sold and/or sold then shipped by this company

III. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I understand that using the Products involves risks, including potential injury or death. This includes but is not limited to [Bodily harm, physical injury, damage to display area, emotional damage, spiritual damage, political harm, monetary damage]

IV. Release and Waiver of Liability

I release the Company and its associates ("Salty Croc") from all claims and suits related to my use of the Products, including those based on alleged negligence, product defects, or breach of duty. Purchaser acknowledges that the Products are of a Fine Art nature, have not been subject to rigorous testing and are subject to changes, including but not limited to,formulation, claims, physical properties, availability, pricing, packaging, etc. Purchaser agrees that defects are expected in all products from Salty Croc and this is a desired feature.

V. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salty Croc from any losses or damages, including legal fees, that result from my use or misuse of the Products. In no event shall Salty Croc's liability under this Waiver exceed the purchase price paid by Client to Salty Croc for the Products.

VI. Affirmations

I am at least 21 years old and capable of entering this Agreement.

I have read and understand this Agreement and know I am giving up future legal rights.

I have signed this Agreement willingly when I checked the required box "Terms and Conditions" on our checkout page.

VII. Severability

The unenforceability of any portion of this Waiver shall not render the remainder of the Waiver invalid or unenforceable.
